I got about 250 today :D (also the first time i've ever touched a golf club)
But I guess that's pretty decent for a first day too, just being able to perform a hit is a good 1st day imo.
Plus, you should never measure how good u're at ANY game by your performance at the beggining, while u're still learning it. Specially when it comes to such a complex game as is golf.

Looks like I touched a nerve. OK, this approach may well be great for a lot of people. But in my experience the more you over-analyse the golf swing the more difficult it becomes. And boy, does this over-analyse. |
