the movie is about getting rid of emotional baggage. literally and figuratively. thats pretty much the whole point of the story.

I don't get the anger with the Ipod usage in the film. It reminds me of old people who say, "Oh, that there internet is a huge waste of time". The character was the type who liked to have a certain song playing for certain moments of his life. Who here hasn't wished for an actual soundtrack to be played in his or her life? Forget the brand name and realize the point.

Ipods appear in the movie because Apple has a special contract in which their products must be featured in scenes where a computer, or mp3 is used. This applies to movies and television. If not always, then most of the time. They get more money that way |
