hi i watch u having trouble doing ur handsprings i am having the same trouble i c u got it in this video + it looks fab am only doing dancing 8mths + if i ask my teacher 4 help she'l just say am tryin 2 do 2 much + that am 2 far a head of myself but i think there no point in holding bk so any advice would b gratfull cheers

This pole has an optional spin mode...but is not used in this video. The pole is stationary!

Use a pole with Roller bearings at top and bottom then you make it look easy ,but Fixed poles that another thing . !!
