It's about a fan name Stan who loves Eminem and appearently is his biggest fan, he sends him fan-mail but Em doesn't respond, after 2 more messages Em still doesn't respond - so he gets drunk and puts his girlfriend in the trunk of a car, and warns Eminem that it's the end, so Stan drives his car into the lake and kills himself. The song is about suicide.

im not sure but i think its about fans that go all crazy about their idols and end up killin themselves the guys all obsessed with him and since he doesnt recieve the answer he gets all pissed and then he kills himself.the reply was mada though its only he never recieved it.its kinda confusing since it is not uncut and he talks kind of fast sometimes but i think thats what its about.
