its because the GTR is a car that was made for the playstation generation. guys in their 20s and 30s grew up with a car like this. its not 4wd its not rwd, it has a system thats in between.its one of the greatest, if not THE greatest car of all time, just wait till they make tune ups for the car and it will be even better.

GTR35 owners is going to replace those tires after this race, what a hog of a car...3800lb! The amazing part for me is how the Japanese engineers got it right to get this hog to perform on the track, computer geeks! Real world race and power is what matters to me as a buyer though! 997 Turbo or Z06 would murder this car on the streets, if you don't believe me then see GTR vs Z06 in Oman, I rest my case.

Comparisons between the GTR and a Caterham is nuts. I've been in Atom's (300s) and Caterhams, and they are nothing like the experience of being in a 'car'. Don't get me wrong, I buzzed for three weeks after doing 0-60 in less than 4 seconds and going around corners at warp speed, but you just cannot compare the two. I've driven a Lotus and it was comfortable but that was because I was at Silverstone. On the road I have no doubt that they are a pain in the arse (literally) as a daily drive.
