Maybe that is not cold at all for Alaska. But that is bone chiling freezing for people in the city where I live of Anaconda of my homestate of Montana. But that is defiantely not the coldest. The coldest temperature ever recorded in Montana -70F (not including wind chill)at Roger's Pass, Montana on January 20, 1954. That record still stands today at the coldest temputure ever recorded in the lower 48 United States.
