The round ring is shown by the flash player, not by youtube. It means that the player is buffering. Get a better network connection or wait for the video to be buffered completely before watching.

Seraphail - The round ring which circles around the tapes causes interruption. The tapes stops several times. Anyhow YOu tube is very reluctant to remove the round ring. They are also very very stubborn. I complained many many times already. Thanks
