It is Nicola Conte. Very popular in the lounge scene and of course in Italy, Japan, Brazil and of course United States(NY) :))) However this is a Kyoto Jazz Massive remix so I don'T know wether this tune is under Contes' label, Schema Records or some other. Check it out on the net.
