you can get them pretty much everywhere these days. Most makeup line have plain glitters. Those are ideal as they are smaller and same for cosmetic use.

if youre making clear gloss, you dont put oxides.

if you're making clear, you dont add oxides. Oxides are colorants, so if you need clear, then you just need the waxes and castor oil. You can also just add glitter if you like a little sparkle.

in the candle, and soap-making isle. Oxides are used to color soaps and candles. So any store that sells materials to make homemade soaps and cnadles will have oxides.
