Man... Ron Carter was a messed up dude, but he could play the HELL out of that bass.
As always, I love Freddie, Hancock, and Joe. ALL the way, man. I love his sessions with Eric Dolphy too, Freddie.

F - C -Eb -F is the basic
then just figure out on what he goes to the next note ( C or C# idk )

i have seen herbie 2 times in portugal, the last one yersterday and it was amazing...he can make me dance and smile like no other! and this music is 'the music'!

The guitarist was Lionel Loueke, drummer was Vincent Colaiuto and bassist Nathan East. It was in Canberra, he did a series of tours in Australia. yeah it was pretty good!
