Why did Hot Rod have to get in the way? Optimus already had his weapon DRAWN on Megatron so even if he tried to shoot Prime with that blaster, I'm sure Prime would have put 2 in Megatron's chest before he could even pull the trigger. Bottom line: Hot Rod is responsible for Prime's death!
