Kenwood Dennard is not only a talented drummer, he is a true humanitarian. Kenwood reached out to teach Rylie when he was only 7 yrs old, believing in him 100%. Not many accomplished drummers such as Kenwood would spend their valuable time teaching a kid. As for being a "horrible teacher", the exact opposite is true. Rylie has learned volumes from this man - not just about drumming but about LIFE. Maybe wineredripple was a horrible student.

For the BlockHead who says that Kenwood is over rated,You have no ideal had baaddd he is,he is one of the best drummers on the planet,I first saw him back in 76 with Brand X man he was smoking,killing & he has graced the cover of Modern Drum Maqazine,Have You BlockHead.WinereDipSH-T

If you had a bad experience with him thats one thing (cry me a river) but there is nothing overated about his playing, in fact I've heard many music legends have great things to say about him and not you.

Kenwood is not only a hugely over rated drummer but a downright horrible teacher. The kid is doing a great job though.
