They are not emo, obviously those guys who said that they're emo do not know what an emo is, cuz if you are only based on lyrics to define who is emo and who doesn't, them all doom metal is emo, but I don't think so... Long live to Metal!

i admire their musicianship and originality...mixing power metal vocals and death vocals isn't often imitated...and as far as the lyrics go, music is obviously their way of self expression...the lyrics clearly indicate that this isn't a "cut myself" song...overall, i like this band

as a metalhead...the lyrical themes for this song make me cringe. no i dont just like stereotypical lyrics but these are emo lyrics sang by a metal band. the other thing that bothers me is the combination of death/power vocals. I've always liked power vocals and death vocals in their own respected sub genres of metal, not combined.

iced earth AND these guys r fucking beastly bands as if u just said that. singer could fucking break u in half with his fingers so don't call him a fag. listen to timeless winter or any other song from these guys (even though this is a good song).
