Its boring in that there's nothing at stake. Kusanagi is never in any danger of getting killed, or even hit for that matter. once it becomes obvious that shes the untouchable protagonist who can never be hurt, the action loses all its meaning. Its almost mary-sue like, in a way.

Guilty ^^ Still applies I think. The major is such an untouchable character that it was annoying. At no time was she in mortal danger. There has to be kind of stakes involved, where getting killed is a very real possibility. S.A.C. makes an unforgivable mistake. It's -boring-.
