This song is very open to interpretation, as your comment says clearly. It's used for sports arenas, and various other areas where war is a good metaphor or a literal interpretation. But, this song isn't about these things if you listen to it carefully. Hijack comes to mind. Be that as it my, music is, in the end, an individual perceptional experience. So, the song can be about whatever you want it to be about.

this is soart of random, but has anyone thought that maybe that microphone smells really bad? whenever freddie sings, he sings directly into that thing and soart of spits a little. i don't think musicians have time between songs to brush their teeth. microphones must be really dirty.
