I mean Kevin Costner used his clout to keep places from distributing "Tombstone". So most places only would show "Wyatt Earp" when the movies came out. Obviously. I like him before that, but what kind of person gets mad that a movie isn't sufficiently focused on his character, so he steals the idea and does all he can to make the version that is all about him take over, and tries to kill the original. He must be the most concieted guy on earth.

The only character you find out anything about is Wyatt Earp. The acting is just awful. The good thing about this film is that it kept Kevin Costner from being in Tombstone. If he was, it would be as memorable as Waterworld. Or that Robin Hood film. Tombstone is a classic. It made a ton of money. Wyatt Earp lost a ton of money, and it cost a fortune to make. Kevin Costner tried to berry the film. He had a lot of clout back then. And still it is the better known film. Guess the good guys won.

How can you think tombstone is better? Wyatt Earp was better acted and much more detailed. Everything is better in Wyatt Earp. It's upsetting that this movie is so unknown as compared to tombstone. I still thought Tombstone was good but not nearly as epic as Wyatt Earp.

The music is from a William Hurt called "A Time of Destiny." The music was written by Ennio Morricone.

This music is not from the film, though it sounds like it is from the same composer. Does anyone know what this piece is?
