I agree with you. It is impossible to give reperations to someone you treated as property. Sweat shops is a problem that we need to face, but it would only dent the problem. Because other countries use slavelabor to save money by severely underpaying their workers. Luckily we are paid for our work & given rights & benefits. We do buy from countries that use sweatshops, & we need to stop & rely on ourselves by producing our own products instead of relying on countries using slavelabor.

Such actions should be stopped. However interfering with internal affairs of other sovereign nations is overstepping our constitutional boundaries. Especially without aid of a countries local government & law enforcement. There are various was to enslave a populous without any one noticing. It happened to Germany WWI-WWII as they democratically voted to appoint not elect Adolf Hitler as Chancellor who became a dictator not a president and killed off any civilian opposition. |
