It definitely works I have lost 30 pds doing this and the moves give you great stomach abs.
The first week or so is the hardest keep with it, it gets better.

Thanks for all your postings the video shows up well and clear, I just had my first child in Apr. and I am excited to lose this belly, I hope I really notice a change in the first wk or 2wk in my waist as they say. I will comment again on the results. Thanks again
