I don't think Piers ever thought another Paul Potts would be found. His expression shows he was literally blown away by Neal's singing. Paul is a FABULOUS singer and a GREAT person, but if Neal were to have a little voice training and polish (I am sure Simon will help as he did Paul after his initial appearence.) he will be the next Luciano Pavarotti as his voice is just as deep. If you don't believe me, listen to both side by side. Godspeed Neal and the very BEST always!
