You just don't understand the method to his madness. Did you ever notice that the only time he goes on these rants is when his team plays like shit? That takes all the negative media attention off his team and puts it on him. It may not be the conventional way to manage, but it works.

look guys. oz won one in his second year. lou is definitely a better manager. he should be with 40+ years of baseball experience. you could only judge the two against each other in stages. so when oz get the same years managing then you can compare.
