for those of you who can't understand what the song/video means, he's singing about how he cheated on his girlfriend while away on a business trip and got caught by the paparazzi and their "flashing lights". Hence the name of the song. He asks for her forgiveness but she doesn't accept the apology, even though he's a big superstar (because "she don't believe in shootin stars"). Instead she decides to kill him. Kanye "never thought that [she] would take it this far".
