Yes but following a system of belief's such as Christianity mean just that, following, which incurres that you act the way they tell you too, since you are following them, and they say that it is commonly said that "it's the devil music, and he wants you to rebel" But Metal music in anyway isn't an evil thing nor is it bad, it's just a certain persons taste in leisure. I do see your point about faith, but i don't agree with it, but i do thank you for taking the time to reply.

And that is where you step in to the area of how much one person can take. I don't believe in "extra credit." What I believe is that you can listen to any music you want, as long as the music doesn't sway your beliefs. I have been listening to metal for as long as I can remember, and never once has a Marilyn Manson song made me question ANYTHING, or any other band for that matter. Therefore, I am in fact truly faithful. It does not state anywhere in the Bible that I can't listen to metal.

Me and a freind might be going to that Mayhem as well, but alot of the new slipknot fans are posers they will probally either mash and run out crying or go home and play guitar hero either one is fine with me...

It gets done at almost every concert i go to. the last one i went to was gigantour, im gonna go to the mayhem tour and it'll prolly happen there to _ they will make a big mistake if they do that to slipknot fans though.
