Energy of sun was 5 billion years ago much in the smaller area space which does not expand or arches. Nowadays that same energy forms diameter 10 billion light years to be owning energy ball. The charge is gained through static from this orbit. you would then end up with such a supercharged upper atmosphere that there could well be environmental implications I asked about this. Tesla himself said that it could be used to effect the weather and also was aware that the reasonant frequency of the shuman cavity 6 to 8 hz is the same as the frequency of certain brain waves common to all mammals inc humans. 8hz was the frequency tesla intended to use to excite the Ionosphere (Ozone layer)and tap into the immense electric power stored there. So possible side effect may have effects on mental functions of all mammals.
