I never said he is crappy. Infact, he is much better that many rubab players I have heard to; not every, but compared to most he is much better. The most difficult thing with rubab is to play slow songs, ghazals or semi classical. He seems to have mastered the art of performing ghazals and slow songs.. In short, I give him a high 5!

He is a very good Rubab player, considering the fact that he does not even belong to the culture and people of Afghanistan or Subcontinent.. He likes to perform with more bass rubabs, as noticeable by the thickness of the strings. Another thing, his extreme string which he is using as a filler is out of tune.. But Overall, BRAVO...!!!

A distinct style of playing Rubab! More of a mixture of Jazz Rubab! But it sounds great!
