I got an Idea! we can get a major corporation like Coca Cola, or Macintosh to help fund this plan. All we have to do is convince them that this idea can be profitable, and they'll invest. I mean, they're corporations, they're always in it for the money! The moon is prime real estate, and that equates to $... Maybe you guys should get MANY corporations, and have them divide up the moon between each other.

A lot of beautiful imagery, and no reason it can't be done.
Now, to tell the truth, I don't see anybody investing a penny in helium3 until AFTER the fusion reactors are shown to work, so let's not put any eggs in that basket just yet. But the Moon still has a lot to offer.
The guy in the wingsuit at 6:25 could be better animated, but I really have to thank you for including it at all.
A lot of videos could be made just from the sporting and recreational possibilities of Lunar life.

Oh great: binary thought.
EITHER you have capitalism, where NOTHING is funded by government, OR you have socialism, where EVERYTHING is run by the government.
Well real life is more complex than that. And governments can fund more stuff if they have a wealthy capitalist economy to draw from.
Finally, what makes you so sure that space colony advocates are wanting to ESCAPE either capitalism or Earth? We're not so much wanting to run FROM as wanting to run TO.

the BIGGEST problem i think would be the low gravity. how will humans adapt to this problem, we weren't designed to live in low gravity for extended periods of time.
