you are so wrong. I have used these techniques without really knowing it when I was younger and I have enjoyed enormous success (that was what I wanted). I am not a perfect practioner of these methods and only seem to return to them when I need or want to but the older I get the more naturalk it seems and if you look around you there are examples of it working everywhere.
