Katrina was not the Bush admins fault, it was poor leadership on the part of Mayor Nagen (or however you spell his name) and the Govenor. Proof of that is the dramatic speed at which Mississippi and Alabama have been rebuilt due to drasticly superior leadership. As for the tax cuts, higher taxes are never the answer! A tax hike on anybody at the current time would be disasterous, economics 101.
