She sounds tired...this is in the time in which she sung all this to dramatic stuff - not for her voice! She is a real soprano lyrico con agitato and then she ruined her voice with the heavy stuff. But I like her as a singer of her beginning time as a DONIZETTIQUEEN - she has been one of the best Donizettisopranos....... And Mozart!

Montserrat was and still #1 Soprano in the Globe.I was falling in Love then I was 10 yo.1974 Bellini's Norma was...I'm still speechless listning now that version of 'Casta Diva' I am speechless...

Hey, it was minus SIX by the time I came by. I marked you up so at this writing you're "only" minus five. Maybe others will also give you a boost. Some people get pissed off if you aren't an "expert" (so they say--I've yet to see THEIR videos, most of these whiners) in opera, as though you have to be born one to enjoy the music. They mask their low self-esteem with snobbery and YOUTUBE bullying. They're to be pitied. You didn't say anything bad, and you've nothing to be sorry for.

u know she sings it an other time a long time later, there is a video on you tuink of the second time too, she is much older then, i dont think she sings it as well as this one, check it out.
