sorry to break it to you, kid, but Ville once said that he was inspired to write "Kiss of Dawn" in memory of someone he knew (possibly even a friend) who had committed suicide. So it is not necessarily about two people in love at all. But of course, you are correct in that there are many ways for people to interpret the meaning of the lyrics. Although I personally find the writer's original meaning to be the most fasciating.
