Dude, those are just windy clouds...there's no wall cloud, nor is there any significant rotation in them. If you don't know how a tornado forms, don't pretend to know, you scare people that way.

I can barely if at all see the funnel cloud until the end of the video, and even then it's questionable to me. In the beginning of the vid, it looks like there are 3 funnels, unless the vid doesn't show the rotation. May just be the quality of the vid on the net. I myself wouldn't have turned it in unless it was more pronounced, but again I wasn't there, and I'll trust a spotter's word that it was a funnel cloud.
