I agree "I am that" by Nisargadatta Maharaji is a good book to get all the understanding about life and oneself, one will ever need. The film will make perfect sense after reading it.

Zach and Avi try to say to Jack when they play the last time checkmate that his fight did not end and will never.

Guy Ritchies talent burnt out after he met Madonna, this is no where near the likes of Snatch or Lock, Stock (not the fucking awful tv series) Ritchie has made more bad stuff than good

It is very easy to explain the film. 1) The beginning of the film is the only real scene in this film, and it is also an ending. Revolver- means rolling back to beginning 2) Everything that happens in this film is illusion(while Green is in prison), all is happening in Greens mind, he is fighting with his own demons, ego e.t.c. Only real person in film is Green. After his victory he wents from proson reborned. Just wach this film once more and you will understand everything.

It's all about the Ego.... Read the book "I Am That" of Nisargadatta Maharaj and you know you are free NOW, and always where :-)

sam gold is your fear and thats how he controls you but. the fat guy and the other dude have broken free from him so they know everything thats going to happen. the film is all metaphors about dealing with fear and the such. guy ritchies best film so far. easily

i think that sam gold actually was the 2 guys...because they showed how "they" run the show and do what they like......or..maybe sam gold even not exist.....between this 2 theories i think 1 is real

EGO=Sigmund Freud's teachings. EGO="Pleasure Principle"=Our need to find happenies regardless=the bad voice in our heads=the devil on our left shoulder=Sam Gold."The fat and black guy" understand that Green is imprissoned by his ego and unable to free himself (He hides in the last place you would look, where you are scared most). They attempt to free him by hurting the ego, in Chess fashion. This gives Green strength enough to stop listening to Gold. He is then able to free himself.
