yes it really does matter whos is better! this is hardly changed from the franky valli original, its kept all the funk that original had plus the original vocal, it just sounds slightly more modern which is good, On the other hand, Madcon totally ruined the song, with a lame attempt at the vocal and a awfull rap. turning a classic into commercial American crap! wen artist attempt new versions of classic tracks, it really does matter is they make a complete mess of it

it doeznt matter who'z version iz better, Frank ValLi & The Four Seasons were the creatorz ov it so they deserve alll the propz. and this izn't even "Thee" orignal version i don't think. itz mostly the same just this "Pelooski" guy made small (gay) Changes. the orignal didn't have all ov thoeze breakz & Reverb effectz in the backk or w/e u call dat

For all those who prefer Madcon, this is the original version from 1968. That's 40 years ago, and it sounds almost as good. I don't think Madcon changed it that much.
