I have one...and do need to sit down and just read ~ you are right. I remembered what I heard and it wasn't about militias...it was about the National Guard.

Alright, if you are trying to learn, what you really need to do is just read the constitution. I don't know where people start thinking it's all complicated, it's not really. Just find a copy of the constitution and start reading it's pretty simple.

Oh...I thought you were someone who agreed with Michael. I'm not arguing with you...just trying to learn. When you say Michael is biased, would you clarify what you believe he is biased about? Militias? 2nd amendment? Like I said...this is all new to me and I'm just trying to learn.

I doubt you misheard, from what most of the man is saying I don't think he has any real credentials at all. He has ultra-bias, and a good Constitutional Expert wouldn't have that in relation. Oh and by the way the original American militias were the minute-men.

Hmm...I'll have to try and archive what he said on this, because, if I remember correctly he said militias weren't even formed until years later...??? Maybe I'll call into his show tomorrow instead. I know it made sense when I heard it. I might have misheard tho...

Alright I am correcting you because you are wrong. I'm not sure where Michael went to school to learn about constitutional law, but either his bias has affected his learning's or the school was just wrong. I stand by my earlier statement.

sure it is...its simply not punishable for non compliance...even if it were we wouldnt be the first place on the planet to implement such policy.

Nice spelling. You know, if the US had knife control a lot of people that have died would be alive. Same with baseball bats, chains, cars, trucks, motorcycles, trains, parachutes, planes, pogo sticks, baseballs, football helmets, bicycles and lots of other stuff. I think the best solution is GOV'T control of everything...then we will be safe.

Actually, I believe Michael talked about this recently...and it is not for militias ~ it's for private citizens to protect themselves from tyrannical government! Yes, we can form militias, but the 2nd Amendment is so much more than that! Correct me if I'm wrong.

P.S. For those who didn't know, the 2nd amendment was intended by the founding fathers to allow for states to have militias. Ask any expert in Constitution Law or History. |
