Parallel Dimensions '99 (1999 SHMUP fan-game)

Here is my very first fangame. It is made in 1999 in Klik 'n Play, later ported to Multimedia Fusion to take advantage of advanced features. Get the game at: http://www.sendspace.com/file/... It is a Gradius-style shmup that has a prominent dimension-hopping element. That element has been a staple in my fangames since, from Xeno Fighters EX all the way to Super Mario Fusion. Since it is my first fan game, it does have its flaws. For example, the weapons system is very unpolished and confusing. One weapon is completely useless (it was more of Klik 'n Play's fault, since I had almost no control over variables). This video showcases the final mission, which is a trip to Microsoft Land, a hellish reality of the Microsoft environment from the mid-90's! General Protection Faults! EMM386 Exception errors! Flying Windows Icons! Program Manager! This stage has both a midboss and a final boss, complete with cutscenes.
