i remember seeing the re-entry live on my tv i didnt see it explode i didnt know what was happening at the time. i was like 8. i only remembered the name space shuttle colombia and my parents being really shocked

Seeing some of these comments and piss poor you momma jokes, its obvious these kids don't remember the accident. It was really bad, almost comparable to Challenger around my parts, people were crying.

No, I think this theory exists more due to somebodies bias against an establishment, so they try to push the blame on some secret government experiment instead of just a simple accident from poor design because it sounds better for their slanted viewpoint of the world
