Dear kenanabanana1, There are two ways from reduce cellulite. One of them is via a cosmetic surgery and another method that is similar to the one I demonstrate. I hope you will agree that surgery is much more painful, expensive and might have multiple possible side effects. By the way, my method is not as painful as it looks. Best Wishes Boris

I have to tell you that I've been doing this massage for about a month now along with exercising 5 times a week. I'm am very happy with the results! I have seen up to 70% difference on my legs and butt. I can't wait until I'm cellulite free! Thank you for posting this video!

Dear mysltal. in many cases this techniques working very well. however I don't see how one can apply this techniques for himself. I do believe that for a self stress management possible to apply self massage but not for cellulite reduction. Best wishes. Boris

Dear soccermomOH. Please listen careful to explanation regarding what causing to skin "cottage cheese" looks.( you can double check in any professional book). What ever this bottles contain cannot effect fibers that pulling skin down. Plastic surgery can do it as well special method of massage that I am proposing on this clip. Probably you didn't have classic cellulite if you immediately got result including muscle tone. My apology if I disappointed you. Best regards.Boris
