One bank; one army - but if there is a peaceful 'one world government', we don't have to have 'one army'.... The climate issue will possibly bring us together; as we realize we have to cooperate and pull together in a peaceful way, hopefully the 'one world government' will be one of self-governing/realization we must care about our neighbors and our community as well as ourselves.
