For one thing, I certainly hope that none of the little kids watching this have seen Harold Kumar. So it's not like they'd be influenced by him.
Also, we'd be hard-pressed to come up with successful actors who HAVEN'T played characters who do drugs, break the law, etc. There would be no guest stars at all!
One of my all-time favorite Sesame Street cameos is Jeremy Irons, and he was Humbert Humbert in Lolita! You don't get much more inappropriate than that, you know? He was great, though.

no, I know that, but i'm saying if I played characters on drugs them I'd pretty much be a hypocrite if I also played characters on children's shos too.
That's like watching a barney episode where he does drugs, it's just confusing, like amy winehouse singing christian music.

Neil Patrick Harris has played a lot more than characters on drugs - he was even a bit of a child star himself.
