And that is why we shout at them, to get them to do it. If someone comes to the door with their heels on, or their hand bag with them, we are not going to hold the queue up to ask them to take them off... they will be pushed out like everyone else... And I do mean pushed... same as anyone else who hesitates and blocks the door...
