Regarding economic rights,
1. The UN covenant doesn't forbid the government from taking action to relieve the crisis.
2. The Bush stimulus package is mainly designed to help bankers.

Ans: Many exiled are enjoying CCP Tibetans music and dances in YouTube every day, these Tibetan music are written by Chinese. Tibetans are still playing music with traditional instruments. Exiled musician plays music with modern guitar, they had lost their root in Tibetan music, what do you say about that?
