i have one of these and those directional buttons on the router r hard 2 use,cause they dont want 2 go to the next thng!!but after a while it is eazy!

hmm...if this was an official Belkin sales rep, he needs to be replaced pronto. He used many eerrs and umms, it was unbelivable. :/

lol looks like your having the same problem that everyone else if having with the directional button not working righ, hope you kept your receipt for when the unit starts to shut down by itself withing a week lol |
