Some people are complaining that Ceaser is too "forceful" on the dogs and he merely intimidates them. NOT TRUE, this is perfect evidence of how he knows the proper method for the case. Hes not abusing the dog to get a wanted behavior,as he is accused of, he is helping it pure and simple.
