As a lawyer with the FCC I guess I wouldn't know anything about the law, thanks.

INCORRECT. It depends on the state, for one, and two, you can record it for your own use, but you can't broadcast it. Read up on the laws.

Wow ! It looks like the people commenting on this recently have even less of a sense of humor than the guy on the phone. This is a comedy channel. It's a joke people calm down and I'm sure that Nalts let the guy know that it was a joke along with getting permission to upload it.

It is illegal to record a conversation and posting it to the internet without the consent of the parties being recorded.

The best way to combat the mainstream media is to only buy music, movies, books, magazines, and newspapers from alternative media, independent studios, and small record labels. Sell/trade any DVDs and CDs you have from the big 6 media conglomerates. Don't use myspace or IGN which are owned by Fox. Don't even look at a trailer to their movies. Give up a little so your kids don't have to give up a lot.

You fcuk-in jerk. People are trying to be nice to you and to work hard for their living on slave wages there. This is so whack, and you are so pathetic to do such things. Do respect people and maybe they will start to respect you someday. |
